We offer nationwide shipping across India. Please be aware that certain products may have shipping restrictions and might not be available for delivery to all locations. Orders are typically shipped within 3-4 days of being placed.  

For orders consisting of multiple items, Elystaa will make every effort to combine them into one package. However, this may not always be feasible due to variations in product characteristics. If you're placing an order with multiple items in a single transaction, all items will be delivered to the single shipping address you provide. To have products sent to different addresses, separate orders with distinct shipping addresses must be placed.

Delivery Charges  
Elystaa offers free delivery for all products, with no minimum order value required.

Delivery Time  
The delivery time depends on the product type. Elystaa typically delivers within 7-15 days, with 90% of orders reaching customers in 5-7 days. We strive to ship orders within 2 business days for faster delivery.

Order Tracking  
To track your order, go to the ‘My Account’ section and select the status next to your order, or click the tracking link provided in the email you receive after placing your order. Tracking information usually becomes available within 24 hours after shipping.
